ILAC
Not only does ILAC provide in-person English language programs in Vancouver and Toronto you can also take their English programs online. They also have IELTS preparation courses to help you get ready for the test.
One of the really fantastic programs ILAC offers is called the University Pathway Program. This program allows you to directly enter into the major of your choosing at one of the 85+ universities and colleges in Canada they have partnered without needing IELTS or TOEFL! All you need to do is complete and pass the University Pathway Program. Then you’re on your way to finishing your post-secondary diploma or degree without needing to take any other English language courses or language tests!
ANNE’S LANGUAGE HOUSE
Anne’s Language House is a small and welcoming English language school located in downtown Calgary. Their mission is to help students improve their English proficiency and achieve their goals by providing the best possible learning environment. With only an average of 6 students per class and a maximum of 12, each student receives individual attention from their highly qualified and experienced teachers. Their curriculum is designed to increase motivation and their regular evaluations allow students to monitor their own progress and performance.
Located near many restaurants, cafes, banks, clinics, and other services, Anne’s Language House is conveniently located with easy access to public transit and a 10-minute walk from the central library. As a Designated Learning Institution under IRCC’s International Student Program, they welcome international students and can provide a Letter of Acceptance for study permit applications.
