Meet Our Founder, Mingqi Bi (RCIC)
Wellspring Immigration was founded by Mingqi Bi, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R709268) who knows the immigration journey firsthand. Having immigrated to Canada herself in 2017, Mingqi understands the challenges and emotions you are experiencing—from deciphering checklists and preparing documents to building a new life.
What is an RCIC? As an RCIC, Mingqi is an authorized representative recognized by the Government of Canada and a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). This means she is bound by a strict code of professional ethics, possesses in-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration law, and is committed to ongoing professional development.
