At Wellspring Immigration and Visa Services Inc. our motto is “Come live well in Canada.” We didn’t choose this motto for our Canadian immigration consultancy because it was catchy (it is), it’s because we really believe Canada is a great country to call home and want to offer you the best in Canada immigration help.

How do I get started?Whether you are looking for full representation or consultation for DIY services, the first step is to book a consultation with a licensed immigration consultant. Our consultation fees range from $50 CAD to $200 CAD, depending on the appointment duration and the immigration program.
Please note that there is no obligation to retain our services after the consultation session. Contact us and we will work with you on your application.
Do you offer payment installments?Yes, we offer payment installments, which vary depending on the duration and stage of different applications. For example, if our professional fee for a visitor visa application is $800 CAD, you can pay in three installments:
- The first installment of $300 CAD is due when the retainer agreement is signed.
- The second installment of $300 CAD is due upon submission of the application.
- The third installment of $200 CAD is due if the passport request email is received.
Who will pay the IRCC processing fees?The client is responsible for paying the IRCC processing fees. Typically, we ask clients to send the fee to us upon the submission of applications.
Please note that our professional fees do not include taxes; the client will need to pay the applicable taxes. For example, if the professional fee is $800 CAD for a visitor visa application, a client living in Alberta will need to pay an additional 5% tax, bringing the total to $840 CAD.
How do I pay professional fees?Canadian Bank Accounts:
- Transfer via E-mail transfer (Interac e-Transfer ®).

- After making the payment, please email us at [email protected] to provide the security question and answer.
Non-Canadian Bank Accounts:
- For non-Canadian bank accounts, you need to go to the bank to make a wire transfer. We will provide you with the account information.
